Synopsis:
Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is the only survivor when she crash lands on Fiorina 161, a bleak wasteland inhabited by former inmates of the planet’s maximum security prison. Once again, Ripley must face skepticism and the alien as it hunts down the prisoners and guards. Without weapons or modern technology of any kind, Ripley leads the men into battle against the terrifying creature.
Review:
Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is back, crashlanding her escape pod on a prison planet. With only a few handfuls of prisoners and guards left on the planet, no weapons… and a Xenomorph on the loose.
This must be the worst of the Alien movies. The Xenomorph is clearly computer generated when it’s on the move and it shows (real bad special effects) and the acting in this movie is so bad, the only two that make the movie watchable are Weaver and Dance.
There’s a lot of running around and shouting at each other but not much else. I honestly thought (before rewatching it) that this was a great movie but I have to rethink that now.
So I can’t say much about it other than that it’s my least favourite Alien movie.
