The horror of Crystal Lake never ends. And this marks the beginning of new horrors and new deaths.

The family members of an investor who built at Lake Crystal want to make an end to Jason’s spree of killing and destruction. They send a troop of mercenaries but no one is prepared for Jason’s strength and bloodlust. Even those that gave the assignment will fail to do what they ordered to do. Even though their actions have good intentions.

In the meantime somewhere near the death and chaos a couple is enjoying some cuddling-time. Until one of the mercenaries ends up in the front window of their van!

This was a one-shot special that started a comic series under Avatar Press and New Line Cinema’s House of Horror and that will continue in ‘Bloodbath, Fearbook, Jason X and Jason vs Jason X.

All in all not a bad comic story with an inventive kill by Jason (he never misses!) and the first time that ‘the Curse of Camp Blood/Crystal Lake’ is mentioned. In the sequels this will become a greater part of the story.

Classic Jason vs some new visitors out for his corpse. Sometimes you may just get what you wanted! But what drives Jason for real now?
