When Brenda turns eighteen she leaves the house where she was blamed for her sister’s disappearance and goes in the woods to find Amanda. And she plans on filming everything so she can have proof of what stalks in those woods, near a white bridge, wailing and wanting a face!
Josh Malerman, who has written some great novels already such as the Bird Box/Malorie books, comes with a short story packed full of suspense and heartracing moments. Of the three stories I’ve read so far of these Amazon original stories, this by far is the scariest.
Don’t go into the woods because it waits there and it is looking for its face!
