Synopsis:

Three years after the Jurassic World theme park was closed down, Owen and Claire return to Isla Nublar to save the dinosaurs when they learn that a once dormant volcano on the island is active and is threatening to extinguish all life there. Along the way, Owen sets out to find Blue, his lead raptor, and discovers a conspiracy that could disrupt the natural order of the entire planet. Life has found a way, again.

Review:

The Park is closed! Isla Nublar’s vulcano has become active and the animals on the island are now an endangered species. Humans are divided about what to do: leave them to do, as they have been created by man and have no right to live? Or join the team led by Claire Dearing to try and save the animals?

Claire is being summoned to the Lockwood estate, by Benjamin Lockwood who co-created Jurassic Park with John Hammond. But they had a falling out and Hammond went and created Jurassic Park all by himself, with the known disaster to follow. Twice!

Lockwood and his assistant Mills have a piece of land where they want to put the animals in safety. But they need Claire to gain access to the park and the tracking device of the animals. And they need Owen Grady to help find Blue. Once they can convince Owen they set out to the island: Owen, Claire, Franklin and Zia (two members of Claire’s team) and Mills’s goons. But it becomes clear to them that they are not there to just save the animals. They want something else!

The Park is gone! The volcano erupts. And they can barely escape! The caught animals are up for auction and Mills has another asset up his sleeve: a new hybrid: the Indoraptor!

Together with Maisie Lockwood, Owen and Claire have to stop the madness in Lockwood estate! And they have to stop Wu, Mills and Wheatley!

Henry Wu is trying to undo the mistakes he made previously by making new ones! And eventually it all comes biting them back in the ass!

I loooove these movies! I just cannot get enough of them! I never will!

The scenes on the island are so good! With the volcano erupting and the animals escaping (or trying to)… that scene when they look at the island and that one brachiosaurus is on the dock… sobbing!!!!!

I also love the parallels that can be found in this movie with The Lost World… a hunter out for a price (the outcome is different though!), back to the decrepit island, Rexie ❤️ and dinosaurs loose in the real world!

Now there’s one more movie left… and I’m already looking forward to putting it in my bluray player! Jurassic World: Dominion!!!

For those who can’t get enough of dinos, like me: there’s a short movie (it is on the bluray of JW Dominion as an extra called Battle at Big Rock.)

And there’s a cartoon called: Jurassic World, Camp Cretatious on Netflix that follows a group of kids stuck on the island. This plays at the time of JW and JW Fallen kingdom and just before JW Dominion. Check it out!
